Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all orders using Posti, Finland’s national postal and logistics provider.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Finland: 2–5 business days
  • EU countries: 4–10 business days
  • Outside EU: 7–20 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local postal services, customs inspections, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, weight, and size of the order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • TrainBot Oy is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

Order Tracking

All shipments include a Posti tracking number. You can track your order through the Posti website or your local postal provider once the package reaches your country.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship worldwide, except to countries restricted by international sanctions or Posti limitations.
  • For bulk or B2B orders, please contact us directly at info@trainbot.tech for tailored shipping options.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • TrainBot Oy is not liable for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to Posti.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will assist with a claim through Posti and provide a replacement if applicable.
