The badminton shuttlecock launcher is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.

3. Wear Parts Warranty

Wear parts are covered for 12 months under normal usage.

Covered wear parts:

If damage occurs due to manufacturing or material defects during the warranty period, free replacement services will be provided.

Minor wear, such as grooves on the launch wheel caused by regular use, is considered normal and does not usually affect functionality.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper operation, failure to follow the user manual, or inadequate maintenance.
  • Damage caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, accidents).
  • Normal wear and tear, aging, or cosmetic damage.
  • Products that have been disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel during the warranty period.

5. Warranty Service

During the warranty period, if the product experiences issues covered under warranty, users can contact the after-sales service center with valid proof of purchase and the warranty card.

Replacement parts provided will be original factory components to ensure product performance and quality.

The after-sales service center provides professional technical support and consultation to address user concerns.

6. Warranty Proof

Users must retain their proof of purchase and warranty card as evidence to claim warranty services.

If the proof of purchase or warranty card is lost, other valid documents may be required to verify purchase details and warranty eligibility.
